Why Onions and Garlic May Not Be Good For You.

Growing up, everyone around me believed that Onions are the best thing on earth after chocolate. Removing the onions in my food seems like a taboo as they listed out its benefits.

1. Onions and garlic, according to them help reduce high blood pressure. 

2. They are both natural aphrodisiac as they help during sex and to reduce sperm count. 

3. They have antifungal and antibacterial properties. 

4. They are also antibiotics.

Imagine my excitement when I realized Onions and garlic may not be all glammed up as everyone portrays them to be.

This does not have anything to do with "bad belle" for onions and garlic but to point out like every other food item placed on earth, they also have their bad sides.

1.Garlic, though medical, should not be taken as a daily consumption, because they not only kill germs but also kill all the friendly bacteria in your stomach.

2. Onions and Garlic have overheating potential. Eating these two when you have ulcers, heartburn can make it worse.

3. What you do not realise is that consumption of onions and garlic can create emotional outbursts.

4.Onions and Garlic should be avoided if you want mental clarity.

5.Rather than take onions and garlic, you can supplement your food for turmeric and ginger support immune system.
